‘Ryoumin 0-nin Start no Henkyou Ryoushu-sama’ Unveils Supporting Cast, Third Promo

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Fuurou’s Ryoumin 0-nin Start no Henkyou Ryoushu-sama (The Frontier Lord Begins with Zero Subjects: The Blue-Horned Maiden) unveiled supporting cast, second key visual (pictured), and third promotional video on Friday. The anime is scheduled to premiere on Tokyo MX on July 10 at 10:30 p.m., followed by MBS, BS Asahi, and AT-X.

Richard: Takuma Terashima (Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi)

Maiser: Shouya Chiba (Tsue to Tsurugi no Wistoria Season 2)

Zorg: Kentarou Kumagai (Tondemo Skill de Isekai Hourou Meshi)

Kenichi Imaizumi (Kingdom 3rd Season) is directing the anime at animation studio42, with Kunihiko Okada (Katainaka no Ossan, Kensei ni Naru) handling the series composition. Keiichi Tsuboyama (PriPri Chii-chan!! chief animation director) is designing the characters, while Sakiko Sakuragi is composing the music.

Fuurou began penning the fantasy novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in January 2018. Earth Star Entertainment later acquired the series and began publishing the light novel under its Earth Star Novel imprint with illustrations by Kinta in October 2018 and published the 15th volume on April 15.

Yumbo began drawing a manga adaptation on the Comic Earth☆Star website in December 2018. Earth Star Entertainment published the 14th volume on January 9.

J-Novel Club licensed the light novel and manga adaptation for digital release in English in September 2023 and July 2023, respectively. The 13th light novel volume went on sale on April 14, with the 14th volume planned for a June 22 release. The 13th manga volume was released on May 13.
