‘”Kimi wo Aisuru Ki wa Nai” to Itta Jiki Koushaku-sama ga Nazeka Dekiai shitekimasu’ Announces Supporting Cast Pair

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Kei Misawa and Natsu Mizuno’s “Kimi wo Aisuru Ki wa Nai” to Itta Jiki Koushaku-sama ga Nazeka Dekiai shitekimasu (The Duke’s Son Claims He Won’t Love Me yet Showers Me with Adoration) manga announced a pair of additional casts on Wednesday. The anime series is scheduled to premiere on TV Asahi and BS Asahi in July 2026.

Voice actors Yui Ishikawa (Shingeki no Kyojin) and Souma Saitou (Yuukoku no Moriarty) are joining the cast as Elsa Jukarainen and Julius Roas, respectively.

Hitoyuki Matsui (Karakuri Zoushi Ayatsuri Sakon) is directing the anime at Zero-G and Grass. Tomoko Konparu (Kimi ni Todoke) is handling the series composition, while Yuuko Yahiro (Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunousen) is designing the characters. Michiru (Given) is composing the music.

Misawa and Mizuno began serializing the fantasy romance manga on the BookLive web service in February 2021. Flex Comix published the fifth volume on March 13. The manga is also available in English on the MangaPlaza web service. A novel adaptation launched on BookLive in October 2021.
