Production company Aniplex opened an official website for the Grotesqqque original anime movie on Saturday, revealing the cast members. The anime movie, originally scheduled for 2025, is now planned for a 2026 premiere.

Synopsis
The film features three distinct segments, each with its own unique setting and premise, blending together into a single cohesive anthology. The first segment, titled Ellians, follows an alien girl who teams up with a space agency civil servant on a frantic search for friends.
Following that is Yoroshiku★Shoujo, a chaotic battle royale narrative that centers on a group of girls competing in a fierce game known as “Queen of Butterfly.”
The final story, Nocturne ~In This Grotesque Night~, chronicles the journey of a pureblood vampire and three girls who managed to survive by becoming infected after she fed on them.
