If you think the Xbox is out of the picture, some would argue that you’d be wrong. The Xbox console is just as powerful as the PlayStation 5 console with nearly the same library of games. Both PS5 and Xbox consoles have recently gone up in price, with the PS5 Disc Edition and Xbox Series X now retailing for $650. Fortunately, for a very limited time, Walmart has dropped the price of a brand new Xbox Series X to $573 with free shipping. There aren’t very many units in stock and there’s a very good chance the console might be sold out by the time you read this article.

The Xbox Series X is Microsoft’s flagship console. It’s actually more powerful than the PlayStation 5, runs cooler, the form factor is a lot smaller, and the design less polarizing. Like the PS5 Disc Edition, it’s equipped with a 4K Blu-ray player. Most games nowadays are cross-platform and it’s usually easier to find the Xbox edition for a lower price. The Playstation 5 does have some great console exclusives, so you’ll want to make sure you don’t get FOMO not being able to play them.

The latest iteration of the open-world arcade racing franchise allows you to traverse the varied vistas of Japan, from the snowswept mountainous paths of the Japanese Alps to the concrete jungle of the Tokyo Expressway. The game launches with 550 cars for you to customize and tweak, and dozens of single-player and online challenges for you to flex your skill, including the return of the Eliminator battle royale mode.
