Project Anima Series ‘Mebius Dust’ Reveals Main Staff, Teaser Promo, 2026 Premiere

Production company Asmik Ace opened an official website for the previously announced Mebius Dust television anime series on Thursday, revealing the main staff, a teaser visual (pictured), and a teaser promotional video. Produced by Doga Kobo, the anime series, which was initially slated for a 2020 premiere, is now set to debut in 2026.

Tarou Iwasaki (Amaama to Inazuma) is directing the anime, with Yoriko Tomita (Nige Jouzu no Wakagimi) handling the series composition.

Hajime Shinagawa’s original story, which won in Project Anima’s Isekai Fantasy category in 2019.

Project Anima is a collaboration between DeNA, Nippon Cultural Broadcasting, Inc., Sotsu, and MBS. The first winner of the project, Sakugan, aired in Fall 2021. The second winner of the project, Mahoutsukai ni Narenakatta Onnanoko no Hanashi (The Stories of Girls Who Couldn’t Be Magicians), aired in Fall 2024.
