Miyashita began serializing the comedy sci-fi manga in Young King OURs magazine in June 2019. Shonen Gahosha published the ninth volume in September 2025, with the tenth and final volume planned for a July 30 release.
Produced by OLM, the first season aired in Spring 2025 and consisted of 24 episodes. It was simulcast on Animation Digital Network and Bahamut Anime Crazy in Germany, France, and Taiwan with English subtitles.
Kodama Tales licensed the manga in English in September 2025 and released the second volume on April 1. The third volume is scheduled to release on June 1.
Synopsis
A cat-like alien from a distant galaxy, MuuMuu, arrives on Earth. His goal is to learn about home appliance technology on Earth to recover the technology his species has lost. The protagonist, Sakurako, has a typical university life, but everything changes with MuuMuu’s arrival! What begins as an unexpected cohabitation quickly turns into a whirlwind of chaotic events.
