The official website for the television anime adaptation of Shinobu Kaitani’s Liar Game manga announced additional cast, opening and ending themes, a promotional video, and key visual (pictured right) for the second cour on Monday. The second cour will begin airing at 12:00 a.m. on TV Tokyo, followed by BS TV Tokyo.

Five-member band Kroi (Bucchigiri?! opening theme) will be performing the opening theme “All In.” The ending theme “Taranai” will be performed by muque (One Piece ending theme). Both songs are previewed in the promotional video below.
Asami Kawano (Kyuuketsuki Sugu Shinu assistant director) is directing the anime at Madhouse. Tatsuhiko Urahata (Ookami to Koushinryou: Merchant Meets the Wise Wolf) is handling the series composition and script. Kei Tsuchiya (Hakozume: Kouban Joshi no Gyakushuu) is designing the characters and Yuugo Kanno (Fugou Keiji: Balance:Unlimited) is composing the music.
Kaitani serialized the psychological suspense manga in Young Jump from February 2005 to January 2015. Shueisha published the 19th and final volume in April 2015.
Shueisha published an anthology manga titled Liar Game: Roots of A from September 1999 to January 2004, and also published a one-shot sequel in February 2010.
