Voice actors Yoshitsugu Matsuoka (Sword Art Online) and Ai Kayano (Guilty Crown) are joining the cast as Trauggot Lakes Adler and Mitsuba Lakes Adler, respectively.
Yuuji Yanase (Isekai wa Smartphone to Tomo ni.) is directing the anime at Maho Film, with Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken) handling the series composition. Kazuko Tadano (Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon) is designing the characters. Akki (Shiunji-ke no Kodomotachi) is composing the music.
Tanba began penning the adventure fantasy novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in February 2019. Kadokawa began printing the series through its Sneaker Bunko label with illustrations by Yuunagi in September that year. The 16th volume went on sale on April 1, and the 17th volume is scheduled for release on July 1.
Yukino Amagai began serializing a manga adaptation on the Young Ace UP digital magazine in December 2019. Kadokawa released the ninth volume in November 2025.
Kadokawa simulpublishes both the light novel and manga in English on the Book☆Walker Global platform.
