‘Youchien Wars’ Unveils Additional Cast, Studio, Teaser Promo for Spring 2027

The Youchien Wars (Kindergarten Wars) White Stage at AnimeJapan 2026 revealed additional cast, studio, an updated teaser visual (pictured), and teaser promotional video on Sunday. The anime series adapting You Chiba’s action comedy manga will air in Spring 2027.

Hana Bradley: Hitomi Oowada (Hanebado!)

Luke Smith: Satoshi Hino (Maou 2099)

Silvia Scott: Mariya Ise (Chainsaw Man)

Shinsuke Gomi (Silent Witch episode director) is helming the anime at Sunrise and Felix Film NEW. Junko Yamanaka (Servamp) is designing the characters.

Chiba began serializing the manga on the Shounen Jump+ web magazine in September 2022. Shueisha published the 16th volume on January 5, with the 17th volume planned for an April 3 release.

Yen Press licensed the manga in English in October 2024 and released the third volume on January 20, with the fourth volume going on sale on April 28. Shueisha’s Manga Plus platform also simulpublishes it in English, Spanish, Thai, and French.
