‘Uchi no Otouto-domo ga Sumimasen’ Unveils Additional Cast, Theme Songs, Second Promo

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Akira Ozaki’s Uchi no Otouto-domo ga Sumimasen (Please Excuse My Younger Brothers) manga unveiled a pair of additional cast , the theme songs, and a second promotional video on Sunday. The anime series is scheduled to premiere for two consecutive cours on Tokyo MX, Gunma TV, Tochigi TV, BS11, and other stations at 12:00 a.m. on July 4.

Voice actors Daisuke Ono (Karaoke Iko!) and Aya Endou (Debu to Love to Ayamachi to!) are joining the cast as Isao Narita and Saho Narita, respectively.

J-band DISH// (Nige Jouzu no Wakagimi) is performing the opening theme “Aikotoba.” Singer-songwriter Reira Ushio (Kaoru Hana wa Rin to Saku) is performing the ending theme “Clover.” Both theme songs are previewed in the second promo below.

Hitoshi Nanba (Golden Kamuy) is directing the anime at Lay-duce, with Megumi Shimizu (Koujo Denka no Kateikyoushi) handling the series composition. Shiori Hiraiwa (Tomo-chan wa Onnanoko!) is designing the characters. Gin (Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san) is composing the music.

Ozaki began serializing the comedy shoujo manga in Bessatsu Margaret magazine in January 2020. Shueisha published the 14th volume on July 25, with the 15th volume planned for a June 25 release.
