The One Piece Red Stage event at AnimeJapan 2026 unveiled a cast pair and a promotional video for One Piece: Heroines anime on Saturday. The anime adapting Jun Esaka’s adventure fantasy light novel will premiere at 11.15 a.m. on July 5.
Voice actors Takehito Koyasu (Jujutsu Kaisen) and Maaya Sakamoto (Enen no Shouboutai) are joining the cast as Lubno and Miucca, respectively.
Haruka Kamatani (Majo Minarai wo Sagashite) is helming the anime, with Momoka Toyoda (One Piece Fan Letter) writing the script. Takashi Kojima (Kimi to Nami ni Noretara) is designing the characters.
Esaka penned the adventure fantasy light novel with illustration by Sayaka Suwa in One Piece Magazine from December 2019 to September 2023. Shueisha published the second and final volume in March 2024.
VIZ Media licensed the novel for English release in May 2024, and published the second volume in July 2025.
