Makiburo began writing the villainess drama series on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in May 2020. Ichijinsha began publishing the light novel under its Ichijinsha Novels imprint with illustrations by Mai Murasaki in February 2021. The second volume went on sale in February 2024.
Nazuna Shiraume began serializing the manga adaptation on the Comic Pool website in November 2021 before transferring it on Comic Lake, and released the final chapter on Friday. The sixth volume shipped in June 2025.
Synopsis
Although Emi Kobayashi is heartbroken over her own death, she realizes she has reincarnated as her favorite character from an otome game—the villainess Remilia Rosa Graupner. Emi is kind and generous by nature and therefore determined to give Remilia the life she deserves. Her warmth soon charms every key character, and she ensures Remilia’s bright future. The arrival of the protagonist, Pina Blanche, envelops Emi’s world in darkness.
