Prime Day officially runs from June 23 to June 26, but some of the best Nintendo deals are already starting to appear, and you don’t even need a Prime membership to take advantage of this one.
If your Nintendo Switch library could use a few new additions, or you’re looking for an easy gift for the Nintendo fan in your life, Amazon has brought back one of its most reliable eShop deals just in time for Prime Day.
Right now, the $10 Nintendo eShop Gift Card (Digital Code) is down to just $8.98 at Amazon, saving you 10% on your purchase.
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen this discount, but after disappearing for a while, it’s back ahead of Prime Day and ready for anyone looking to stock up on eShop credit before the biggest sales event of the summer.
Better still, you can buy up to two gift cards per order, making it easy to grab one for yourself and another as a gift, or simply bank some extra credit for upcoming releases.
While you might be thinking, well, it’s just $1 off, that’s not much of a saving. Yet, it’s also free credit for those always making digital purchases on their Switch or Switch 2. $1 in savings is better than absolutely nothing, that’s for sure.
For starters, Nintendo eShop credit can be used on far more than just full games. You can put it towards downloadable content, Nintendo Switch Online memberships, in-game currency, and a huge range of indie titles and digital exclusives.
It’s also worth noting that there are, as I mentioned, plenty of other great Switch deals to check out right now in the final run up to Prime Day 2026. For instance, as part of Woot’s “Summer of Gaming” sale, buyers can currently use the promo code “CHEAPSWITCH2″ at checkout to save an extra $30 on a Switch 2 console, or $50 if it’s you first time shopping with the Amazon-owned retailer.
And, if you’re looking for even more Switch 2 items to shop for, perhaps if you’re finally picking the new console up to avoid the incoming price hike, there’s currently $10 off a whole bunch of Switch 2 game preorders at Amazon, alongside $20 off a bunch of Switch and Switch 2 games as well, including The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
